Added quality depth to freestyle and butterfly events … Competed in every dual meet, the Art Adamson Invitational and the SEC Championships … Recorded a time of 22.26 in the 50 free time trial at SECs … Placed 29th in the 50 free (23.02) and 30th in the 100 fly (54.96) at the Art Adamson Invite … Also took 30th in the 200 fly at Texas A&M (2:07.77).

Team captain and four-year letterwinner at Mandeville High School … Earned runner-up honors in the 100 butterfly at the state championships … Named to academic honors’ list four times and was named Outstanding Student in Law and Order Academy … Won the National Merit Multimedia Productions contest in the high school division.
