SENIOR SEASON (2025-26)
Qualified for the NCAA Championships yet again, competing in six events; she was a member of the 10th-place 200-medley relay team (1:35.26; 21.46 split), 11th-place 200-free relay team (1:27.65; 21.87 split), and 15th-place 400-free relay team (3:1.41; 48.29 split), earning All-American status for those performances; the senior also took 18th in the 50-free (21.76), 30th in the 100-free (48.12), and the 400-medley relay team (3:32.93; 47.62 split) … At the SEC Championships, she touched the wall fourth in the 100-free with a personal best (47.53), fifth in the 50-free (21.59), and 12th in the 100-back with a personal best (52.48); de Villiers also was on the 4th-place 200-free relay, 200-medley relay, and 400-free relay teams, as well as the 5th-place 400-medley relay team at SECs … Kicked off her senior season at the SMU Classic, notching second in the 100-free (48.10), third in the 50-free (22.13), and sixth in the 100-back (53.57) … At the Air Force, she placed second in the 50-free (23.26), third in the 100-back (57.08), and fourth in the 100-free (51.49) … Took the top spot in both the 50-free (22.33) and the 100-free (48.79) in the home opener victory over Kentucky … Against Alabama/FSU, the senior finished second in both the 50-free (21.94) and the 100-free (48.75) … In the quad meet against Rice, Houston, and Tulane, de Villiers touched the wall first in the 50-free (22.40) and second in the 100-free (49.44) … At midseasons, she placed seconds in the 50-free (21.99), second in the 100-free (48.03), sixth in the 100-back (52.55), and 22nd in the 200-free (1:48.63) … In the regular season finale at Florida, she took first in both the 50-free (22.85) and the 100-free (50.50). She finishes her LSU career second in all-time ranks for the 50-free and 100-free and sixth in the 100-back.
JUNIOR SEASON (2024-25)
Qualified for NCAA Championships in 100-free and 50-free … Set personal best in 100-free prelims (45.08) placing her 22nd and placed 25th in prelims of 50-free (22.02)… In the first meet of the season against Texas won two events including 50-free (22.38) and 100-free (49.03) … In the quad-meet against Navy, George Mason, and Loyola took top spot in 50-free (23.00) and third place in 100-back (55.08) … Against Houston and Tulane won 50-free (22.55) and 100-free (49.33) … Placed second in 50-free against Alabama and FSU (22.46) and second in 100-free (48.85) … At midseasons placed second in the 50-free (22.29), 17th in 100-back (53.82), and sixth in 100-free (49.01) … Won two events against Texas A&M including 50-free (22.47) and 100-free (48.43) … At SEC Championships placed fourth in 50-free with a personal best (21.87), 11th in 100-free (48.45), and 29th in 100-back prelims with a personal best (53.54)
SOPHOMORE SEASON (2023-24)
Opened the season vs. Utah by winning the 50 free with a time of 23.62; also placed third in the 100-free with a time of 51.89 and was a part of the winning 200-yard medley relay that clocked a time of 1:43.22… In the home opener vs. Arkansas, claimed second in the 50-free (23.16) and third in the 100-free (51.18); also a member of the winning 400-free relay that clocked a time of 3:22.74… During a tri-team meet with FSU and Alabama, placed third in the 50-free (23.21) and sixth in the 100-free (51.17)… At the Tiger’s midseason meet in the Art Adamson Invitational, placed third in the 50-free (22.46 – B cut), fourth in the 100-free (49.13 – B cut), and sixth in the 100-back (53.96)… helped LSU toward wins in the 200-free relay (1:28.88 – B cut), 400-free relay (3:15.66 – B cut)
FRESHMAN SEASON (2022-23)
2023 SEC Champion in the 200-medley relay and 400-free relay… Earned All-America status for her fifth-place finish 200-yard free relay (1:27.04) at the 2023 NCAA Championships… In the opening meet against Tulane and Vanderbilt, claimed silver in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 23.62… In a dual meet with South Carolina, finished sixth in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 23.83…claimed eighth place in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 52.59… In a tri-meet against Denver and Air Force, took bronze in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 55.96…won gold in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 23.46… Against Auburn, claimed fifth place in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 23.52…took sixth in the 100-yard freestyle with a readout of 51.55… Against Alabama, claimed seventh place in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 23.43…finished sixth in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 52.46… At the Art Adamson Invitational, placed 17th in the 50-free (22.76), 16th in the 100-back (56.17 – Prelims: 54.20), and 21st in the 100-free (50.36)… Against FSU, placed third in the 100-free with a time of 50.80 and fifth in the 100-back with a time of 56.45… In the regular-season finale vs. Texas A&M, won both the 200-medley relay and 400-free relay; also placed second and third individually in the 50-free (23.12) and 100-free (50.68)… At the 2023 SEC Championships, placed 19th in the 50-free (22.48), 34th in the 100-back (54.56), and 18th in the 100-free (49.12)
