JUNIOR SEASON (1999-2000): Swam the Southeastern Conferences eighth-fastest time in the 400-yard individual medley with a 4:22.44… Recorded LSUs fastest times of the season in both the 200 and 400-yard individual medley events… Competed at the SEC Championships in both the 200 and 400-yard individual medley events, as well as the 200-yard backstroke competition… Placed ninth in the 400 individual medley, 14th in the 200 individual medley, and 20th in the 200 backstroke… Swam the Lady Tigers second-best time of the year in the 200-yard backstroke competition… Finished with LSUs third-fastest times of the season in the 1000 freestyle (10:40.42), 200 butterfly (2:07.11), 50 backstroke (28.45), and the 200-yard breaststroke (2:27.06) competitions… Member of the SEC Womens Swimming and Diving Academic Honor Roll with a 3.405 grade point average in kinesiology… Earned her third varsity letter.
SOPHOMORE SEASON (1998-99): First on the team in the 400-yard individual medley event… Named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll… Scored at the SEC Championships… Earned her second varsity letter.
FRESHMAN SEASON (1997-98): One of the seven LSU freshmen to earn a spot on the SEC Championship travel squad… Qualified to compete in three individual events at the SEC Championships… Member of the 400-yard medley relay team that finished in seventh place… Member of the 800-yard freestyle relay team that placed eighth… Made the consolation final of the 200-yard backstroke with a time of 2:03.88 during the preliminary round… Just missed making the consolation final of both the 200 and 400-yard individual medley competitions… First on the team in both the 200 backstroke and 400-yard individual medley events, and recorded the second-best time of the season in the 200 individual medley… Earned her first varsity letter.
Prior to LSU: Placed second at the Senior National Championships in both the 200 and 400-yard individual medley events during her senior season at Kloof High School… Qualified for the Senior National Championships at age 12… Voted as the team captain her senior year.
