Swam at First Colonial High School in Virginia Beach, Virginia … Specializing in freestyle events, she became an eight-time state champion … In her senior year, she touched the wall first in the 100-free (50.35) and the 200-free (1:48.65) at the VHSL Class 5 State Championship … She also competed with her club, Tide Swimming.
