Opened his collegiate career with the Tigers at the SMU Classic by taking tenth in the 50-free (20.42), tenth in the 100-free (45.92), and tenth in the 100-fly (50.75) … At the Air Force Invitational, he placed ninth in the 50-free (21.12) and 11th in the 100-back (53.04) … In the home opener victory against Kentucky, he finished fourth in the 50-free (20.22) and sixth in the 100-free (45.24) … Against Alabama/FSU, Bouley touched the wall ninth in both the 50-free (20.24) and the 100-free (45.12) … At midseasons, he notched 19th in the 100-free with a personal best (43.75), 20th in the 100-fly with a personal best (48.28), and 20th in the 50-free (19.75) … Placed fifth in the 100-back (52.60) and seventh in the 50-free (21.51) against Flordia … At the SEC Championships in Knoxville, he touched the wall 26th in the 50-free with a personal best (19.64) and 52nd in the 100-free (43.93)

Competed for Crest Swimming out of Toronto, Ontario, Canada … Won Eastern Canadian Championships in 50-meter freestyle in 2023 … Earned fifth place at 2024 Canadian Championships in 50-meter fly, 50-meter freestyle, and 50-meter backstroke … Placed second at Usports Championships in 50-yard freestyle in Spring of 2025 … Competed for University of Toronto during 2025 season earning a pair of first place finishes in 200-meter freestyle Relay and 400-meter freestyle Relay, both of which were OUA records.
