The second-year Tiger earned five singles wins… All three wins in the dual season came on court six… Emerged victorious in both matches of a doubleheader against Nicholls and UL Lafayette… Also secured three doubles victories in the dual season and five altogether… Paired up with five different partners throughout the year and made appearances on courts two and three.
FRESHMAN SEASON (2024-25)
Went 3-3 in doubles … 1-4 in singles.
PRIOR TO LSU
Native of Slatina, Romania … ATP ranking of 1208 … reached the semifinals of the M15 ITF Futures in Targu Jiu … reached the quarterfinals at the M15 ITF Future in Curtea de Arges … as a junior, Stirbu was ranked No. 88 in the world junior rankings … holds a UTR (Universal Tennis Rating) of 12.81.
