SENIOR SEASON (2021-22)
Went 2-4 in singles … played on court 6 … in doubles, earned a record of 12-18 … mainly between No. 2 and No. 3 … Named to SEC Community Service team and 2022 Spring SEC Academic Honor Roll.
JUNIOR SEASON (2020-21)
Named to LSWA All-Louisiana Second Team … Named to the All-SEC Community Service Team … Compiled a 3-5 singles record … 1-1 in dual season … In doubles, Watson and partner, Boris Kozlov, were second on LSU in wins with a 14-10 record … Reached the finals of the Oliver Borsos Invitational in the Fall … The duo had an 11-5 record on court three.
SOPHOMORE SEASON (2019-20)
Compiled a 7-6 record in singles … Compiled a 14-4 record in doubles … 11-2 in dual matches … With partner Boris Kozlov, the duo had two victories over No. 39 Vanderbilt’s Max Freeman and Christiaan Worst, 6-3, and No. 29 South Carolina’s Thomas Brown and Daniel Rodrigues, 6-4.
FRESHMAN SEASON (2018-19)
Named to All SEC- Freshman Team … Achieved a 6-2 record in singles competition … Won a singles title in Flight D of the Longhorn Invitational … Completed doubles competition with a 4-5 record, playing with partners, Daniel Moreno, Boris Kozlov and Joey Thomas … With Kozlov as a partner, the duo reached the doubles quarterfinals of the ITA Southern Regional Tournament … In Spring, had an 11-5 record in doubles and a 9-4 record in singles … Won singles matches against No. 19 Texas A&M and Auburn in singles play … Won doubles matches with partner Boris Kozlov versus No. 20 Alabama, Auburn, No. 25 Tennessee, No. 34 Georgia, No. 25 Arkansas, and Kentucky in SEC play.
PRIOR TO LSU
Winner of four-straight Division I singles titles at the Louisiana High School Athletic Association championships … Listed as a five-star recruit in the 2018 class by tennisrecruiting.net and ranked as the No. 38 prospect in the country and No. 1 prospect in Louisiana … Reached a peak ranking of No. 27 in the 2018 recruiting class … Recorded two wins against blue chip competitors and a 19-9 record against four- and five-star recruits.
