FRESHMAN SEASON (2025-26)
Finished his freshman season with a 71.80 stroke average in 25 rounds with an impressive 14 rounds of par or better… opened the spring with his best collegiate performance, recording a T14 finish and a nine-under 207 (70-67-70) weekend at the Puerto Rico Classic – the nine under and 207 are both his collegiate bests… finished sixth at the All-American Individual for his only top-10 finish of the season… had two one-under performances at The Hayt and the Mobile Bay Intercollegiate.
PRIOR TO COLLEGE
Lawson was the 32nd ranked prospect in the class and had a decorated junior career… Lawson was a first team all-state selection all four years of his high school career, and was a National Golf High School All-American as a senior… earned the North Alabama Player of the Year award in three consecutive seasons from 2022-2024… the Alabama native was also the champion of the 2024 AJGA – Visit Tuscaloosa Junior Championship shooting scores 67-66-69.
