Appeared in nine games and started one, on senior day … Against Mississippi State (3/3), he started an played four minutes, scoring the first basketball of his career, a three … Finished with five points … Second career game he scored in dating back to his one points against Southern Miss (11/15/16) … Played a total of 22 minutes his senior year with two rebounds … Finished averaging 0.6 points per game … Two-year walk-on for the Tigers … Also played four minutes in the season opener against Alcorn State (11/10).

Played for four years as shooting guard for Parkview Baptist and Coach Don Green … Team won the District title in 2012 and in 2013 advanced to the Top 28 semifinals. He was a two-time All-District selection and a member of The Advocate All-Metro team … Averaged 16 points, four assists and five rebounds as a junior (2013) … Averaged 20 points, five assists and seven rebounds as a senior (2014) … Also was a member of the National Honor Society, the top 10 percent GPA in the class, a member of the Beta Club and on the President’s List.
