Key offensive cog and a career 1,000-point player between his career at UNC-A and LSU … Finished his career with 52 starts in 53 games and averaged 33.6 minutes per contest and a 44.4 shooting percentage (245-of-552) … Went 111-277 (40.1 percent) from the three point line in two years… Second on the team in scoring at 13.1 points per game … Averaged 2.9 rebounds and had 32 assists on the year … 81.8 percent at the free throw line (45-of-55) … Played his first game of year at Houston (12/13) after having preseason surgery and responded by making 6 three-pointers and sent the game into overtime with a game-tying three point shot to finish with a career-high 32 points … After his return Hornsby had a six-game double figure scoring streak … Combined for eight threes in games against Wake Forest (12/29), at Vanderbilt (1/2) and Kentucky (1/5), scoring 48 points total between those games … Hit two treys and had 12 points in the win at Alabama (1/23) … His 25 points against State tied his second-highest scoring game in his career … Had five consecutive games scoring double figures that ended vs. Alabama (2/17) … Injured late in the first half against Tennessee (2/20) and had season-ending surgery prior to SEC Tournament … Member of the SEC Community Service Team.

AUSTRALIA TOUR (August 2015)
Hornsby had three double figure scoring games out of the five in Australia … Scored 17 versus the Newcastle All-Stars, 10 versus the Queensland All-Stars and 18 in the first game against the Melbourne King, all LSU wins … Finished the five games averaging 12.2. points per game and 3.0 rebounds per contest … Played 128 minutes on the tour with no turnovers in the five games … Shot 6-of-8 from the field in the Newcastle game … Hit 8-of-24 three-pointers … Fourth on the team in scoring average.

JUNIOR SEASON (2014-15)
Third on the team in scoring at 13.4 points per game … Also averaged 4.2 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game … 78.4 percent at the free throw line (58-of-74) and 39 percent from the arc with a team best 72 treys (72-of-183), fourth best in the SEC … Made corner trey at the buzzer to help LSU defeat #18 Arkansas, 81-78, in Fayetteville in the season finale (3/7) … Four games of four treys or more, including hitting 5-of-10 three-pointers in a win at Ole Miss (1/14) … Had a streak of 15 straight double figure scoring games late in the season, the longest streak by any LSU player this season and equaling the longest streak by an LSU player since Tasmin Mitchell had 15 straight during the 2009-10 season … In the SEC Tournament game against Auburn (March 13), he passed the 1,000 career point mark combining the scoring totals from his two colleges … 26 double figure scoring games … Only 21 turnovers in the last 16 games … Ninth in treys made in a single season (72) … Second in the league in minutes played at 35.5 minutes per game … Top scoring games – 25 vs. Tennessee (3/4); 24 vs. Auburn (SECQF) (3/13); 24 at UAB (12/18); 23 at Ole Miss (1/14).

REDSHIRT JUNIOR SEASON (2013-14)
Hornsby was able to practice with the team throughout the year as he went through his transfer season after coming to LSU from UNC-Asheville.

FRESHMAN AND SOPHOMORE SEASONS (2011-12, 2012-13 at UNC Asheville)
Played two seasons at UNC Asheville … As a freshman in 2012, played in all 34 games and earned one start … Tallied 21 points in home victory over Mars Hill … 8-of-12 from the field and 3-of-5 from the arc …Scored 11 points and tied game with three-point play late in regulation at Winthrop … Third on the team in three-pointers with 15 … Averaged 4.0 points as a freshman … In 2013, Hornsby averaged 15.0 points, 4.2 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game, while shooting 37.9 percent from three-point range … He also shot 92.5 percent from the free-throw line (99-107), second best in Division I … Made 50 treys with a positive assist-to-turnover ratio of 94 assists to 67 turnovers with 43 steals and an average of 33 minutes a contest … Started 29 games as a sophomore.
