Walked on to the LSU basketball team for the 2018-19 season after two seasons on the LSU Baseball team … Played in 10 games, averaging 2.5 minutes per game. Scored two points against both Grambling State (12/1) and UIW (12/9) … Played a season high nine minutes against UIW and six minutes in the opening game against Southeastern … Averaged 0.4 points and 0.4 rebounds.
LSU BASEBALL (2017-18)
Pitched in 10 games over his two seasons with the Tiger baseball squad for 8.1 innings … Standout player in high school basketball at Anacoco … Reese led Anacoco to back-to-back Class B titles in 2015 and 2016 before coming to LSU to play baseball … Reese in 2015 was named the Most Outstanding Player in the Top 28, averaging 21 points and 11 rebounds … He averaged 23 and 13 in guiding Anacoco to the state title … In 2016 as a senior, was voted the Outstanding Player on the boys squad for the second straight year in Class B by the LSWA, averaging 27 points and nine rebounds per game … One of the top multi-sport high school athletes in Louisiana … Three-time all-state selection in baseball and Academic All-State … led Anacoco High to two state basketball titles during his career.
