BATON ROUGE – The LSU Beach Volleyball dropped to No. 4 in the AVCA Poll following a week off as the Tigers head into the postseason.
This is the 24th week in a row that the Tigers have been inside the Top-4, going back to the 2019 season. This is the first full regular season that LSU has spent inside the Top-4 throughout the entire year.
The Tigers did not compete last weekend in Gulf Shores in the final weekend of the regular season because of COVID-19 protocols.
The CCSA Tournament will begin on Friday and LSU has the chance to square off against No. 3 Florida State at some point throughout the tournament. The NCAA Championship Tournament will take place in Gulf Shores from May 7-9.
