Bernie Moore Track Stadium Procedures & Guidelines

Baton Rouge, La.  –  LSU Athletics is pleased to welcome and accommodate fans to track and field meets this outdoor season. Fans will be required to wear face masks in order to attend meets and physical distancing will be mandatory. Admission is free to all LSU track and field home events.

On April 28, 2021, LSU Athletics announced that full capacity would be allowed at all remaining home events for the 2020-21 athletic season. You can read more about that at lsusports.net. 

2021 Home Meet Info

Attendance for all home LSU meets will allow for up to 2,800 fans, which is 50% capacity at Bernie Moore Track Stadium. Concession stands will be open for fans with all transactions being cashless. Fans are allowed to bring one 32 ounce or smaller factory sealed bottle of water into the Bernie Moore Track Stadium at each home meet.

LSU has completed a top-to-bottom cleaning and sanitation of the facility and restrooms will be disinfected regularly. Hand sanitizer dispensers will be located at the venue for fans to utilize.

Fans who might be sick or experiencing COVID-19 symptoms should stay at home. LSU remains committed to providing a safe atmosphere for student-athletes, staff, and fans.
