Women’s Basketball Announces New Opponent For Monday’s SECN Game

BATON ROUGE – The LSU women’s basketball team will host Louisiana-Lafayette on Monday, Dec. 14 at 5 p.m. CT at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center. The Ragin’ Cajuns are swapping in for Texas Southern. TSU bowed out of Monday’s contest due to COVID concerns within the program.

Fans who have already purchased tickets for the Texas Southern game will have their mobile tickets updated through the LSU Ticket office. Single game tickets are still available at LSUtix.net.

The game will still be broadcast on the SEC Network with Courtney Lyle and Andraya Carter calling the action. The LSU Sports Radio Network will also broadcast the game with Patrick Wright calling the game in his 31st season as the Voice of the Lady Tigers.

Earlier in the day, the LSU men’s basketball team is scheduled to host Sam Houston State at 11 a.m. CT. That game will also be carried on the SEC Network and the LSU Sports Radio Network.
