BATON ROUGE – The LSU Tigers basketball team’s opening games of the 2020-21 season took a turn on Friday as the team will now take part in The Billiken Classic at the Chaifetz Arena on the campus of Saint Louis University.
LSU was originally scheduled to take part in an MTE in Lincoln, Nebraska but is now scheduled to play on Nov. 26 and Nov. 28 in St. Louis.
LSU will face Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 26, at a time to be announced.
The Tigers will face the Billikens of Saint Louis on Saturday, Nov. 28 again with time to be announced.
Any TV or streaming of the games will be announced early next week. There will be no fans admitted to Chaifetz Arena for the games.
