“This is a great honor for Aimee and Manny,” said LSU head diving coach Doug Shaffer. “The learning curve for them has been very positive very early in our season. Aimee recorded a career high score during the preliminaries for three-meter and has improved her competitive game significantly. Manny’s biggest opportunity is on platform and we are just starting to see what I believe will be great results to come. Obviously this is a great boost to their confidence moving forward and deservedly so.”
