What is the LSU National L Club?

  • The LSU National L Club is an organization formed to support former Varsity Athletes, Athletic Trainers, Equipment Managers, Video Staff, Cheerleaders, Tiger Girls and Mascots. It provides the opportunity for letterwinners to maintain relationships across different sports, generations, and geographical locations, and allows them to remain actively involved in Tiger Athletics. Our group is a 501(c)(3) booster club organization that is housed under the Tiger Athletic Foundation.

    If you have previously been an active member of L Club at any time, please check your LSU Athletics Ticket account (www.lsutix.net) for your membership renewal application. If you do not see the application on your ticket account, contact the LSU Athletics Ticket Office at (225) 578-2184.

     

Frequently Asked Questions:

Any former student-athlete, equipment manager, athletic trainer, cheerleader, Tiger Girl or Mascot that received a varsity letter from an LSU athletic team is eligible to join the LSU National L Club.

Varsity letters can only be awarded to an individual by the current head coach or who served as the head coach of a sport during the years the individual participated.

At this time, there are no associate or honorary memberships for non-letterwinners or individuals who were not granted a letter during their time of competition.

To check your letter status, email seintern@lsu.edu with the name you participated under at LSU, the sport/organization you were a part of and the years you competed.

The L Club will use historical records to verify your letter status and communicate this with you.

You can update your contact information through your online account or you can email the L Club intern staff at seintern@lsu.edu.

The L Club Tailgate is located on the floor of the PMAC, enter through the Southwest portal behind Mike’s habitat to access.

Other L Club and LSU Athletics sports specific reunions will be held in many other locations and will be denoted in invitation details.
