Whether you are renewing season tickets or just purchasing tickets for an individual game, it is important that you enter your user name and password. Only by logging in can you receive all the ticket benefits associated with being a preferred user of the LSU online ticket office.

Where can I locate my Customer Number and Online PIN?
You can find your Customer Number and Online PIN on your season ticket renewal application or by calling the LSU Athletics Ticket Office.
I ve forgotten which email address I used to register on the site before?
Please call the ticket office at (225) 578-2184 and our staff will help you identify your online email address and/or online password.
I m entering my Customer Number and Online PIN and keep getting the error “The entered account number and PIN did not verify. Please enter again.” What does this mean?
Our site is not recognizing your Customer Number and PIN. Please contact the ticket office to verify your numbers.
What does “THE E-MAIL ADDRESS YOU ENTERED IS ALREADY IN USE, PLEASE TRY AGAIN” mean?
Only one e-mail address is allowed per ticket customer account – each unique e-mail address can be registered to ONLY ONE ticket account.
What if I cannot remember my password?
Click on the FORGOT PASSWORD link and your password will be emailed to you.
I have registered before, but my e-mail address has changed.
If you remember your old e-mail address and password you can login, click on the Edit My Account link and proceed to enter and confirm your new email address. If you do not remember your old e-mail address and/or password, please call the ticket office.
I ve logged in successfully to the site, but received the error Sorry, you currently have no applications available online. If you have not already activated your season ticket account using your account number and PIN, click on the link below. What does this mean?
Your online account needs to be registered to your season ticket account. Please click on the Activate link and enter your Customer Number and PIN if you have a PIN number on your renewal invoice. Contact the ticket office if you continue to have trouble accessing your season ticket renewal account.
I input my e-mail address and password but cannot login.
Please note that the e-mail and password fields are case-sensitive. If you have tried several times and still cannot login, contact the ticket office to verify your information.
I click on FORGOT PASSWORD but did not get an e-mail with my password.
Please call the ticket office during normal business hours.
Customer Number: This number is the same as your ticket office account number. It can be found on your season ticket renewal form or on your season tickets. If you cannot locate your customer number, please contact the ticket office and ask for your number.
Online PIN: This number is used the first time you activate your season ticket renewal online. It can be found on your season ticket renewal form or by calling the LSU Athletics ticket office.
Customer E-mail: The email address you use for all your correspondence and online purchases with the LSU ticket Office. IMPORTANT: You cannot use the same email address for more than one account. To change your email address, login with your old email address and click on the edit account information link on the right side of page. On this screen, you can enter your new email address.
Password: You created this unique password the first time you renewed or purchased tickets online. If you do not remember your password, you can click on the forgot password link or call the ticket office. You can change your password at any time online by selecting the edit account information option.
Ticket Prices, Charges and Fees
Ticket Price: The face value of the ticket. Ticket prices are set each year by the LSU Athletic Department.
Ticket Fee: Occasionally, there will be a minimal per ticket fee that varies depending on the price of ticket. Ticket fees cover a portion of the costs associated with new and emerging technologies, as well as state-of-the-art distribution methods.
Order Charge: This charge is a flat fee that is added to the total cost of your purchase regardless of how many tickets you purchase. Revenue collected from order charges go to credit card processing fees, mail delivery fees, and other costs associated with online ticketing.
Methods of Payment
Online: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover for all online purchases. Echeck- For some renewal items we are now offering customers the ability to pay by check over the internet. To utilize this method, click on the Echeck option when paying for your tickets. You will need to have your checkbook with you in order to fill out the necessary routing information.
In person: We accept most major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), personal and company checks, certified checks, cash, and money orders. Checks are not accepted for individual game ticket orders.
Lost or Stolen Tickets:
The LSU ticket office is not responsible and will not reprint tickets once they are in your possession. If you order tickets online and do not receive them 48 hours before the event, please contact the LSU ticket office to make arrangements.
Refunds and Exchanges: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any ticket purchases unless the event is cancelled. Please make sure to confirm your online order before submitting payment

Who needs a ticket?
All fans, regardless of age, need a ticket to enter Tiger Stadium for all football games. For all other sporting events, fans ages 3 and above need a ticket.
Where is the LSU Athletics Ticket Office?
The Main Ticket Office is located on the first floor of the Athletic Administration Building. The building is in the West Stadium parking lot on the northwest side of Tiger Stadium. Please remember: A photo-id is required to pick up tickets.
The PMAC Ticket Office (basketball, gymanstics) is located on the South side of the Maravich Assembly Center on the upper level and is open 90 minutes before to the event.
The Alex Box Ticket Office (baseball) is located on the southwest corner of Alex Box Stadium behind home plate and is open two (2) hours before the event.
When does the box office open?
Regular Business Hours: The Main Ticket Office is open Monday – Friday 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Football Gamedays: Contact the LSU Athletics Ticket Office for information.
Men’s & Women’s Basketball, Gymnastics Gamedays: The PMAC Box Office opens 90 minutes prior to the game and closes at halftime
Baseball Gamedays: The Alex Box Ticket Office opens two hours before scheduled first pitch and closes after the top of the fifth inning
Softball Gamedays: The Tiger Park Ticket Office opens 90 minutes before scheduled first pitch.
