2020 LSU Tiger Golf Camps at the University Club

Half Day and Full Day Sessions Available!

Half Day Camps are for ages 6 – 10 and three sessions are available:
June 23-26, 2020
July 7-10, 2020
July 14-17, 2020
July 21-24, 2020

Camp description: Half Day Camps are Tuesday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Includes 2 hours of golf instruction each day, recreational swim time at pool (not swim lessons), lunch, t-shirt and camp gift. All ability levels from beginning to advanced are accepted and attendees at each session will be grouped according to ability/experience. Camps are open to both boys and girls. All camps are taught by experienced instructors and a low student to teacher ratio is maintained to provide for a safe and quality instructional experience. Camp is led by University Club Director of Instruction and Louisiana native, Blake Thomas. Camp fee is $250 per session.

Camp is open to any/all entrants limited only by number, age, grade level, or gender.

Full Day Camp is for ages 11- 18 and one session is available:
June 5-8, 2020

Camp description: Full Day camp is an extensive camp designed to offer skill assessment and intense training. Campers will get a feel for what its like to be a college golfer at LSU. They will enjoy a first hand look at the facilities and training routine used by current LSU student- athletes. We use the latest technologies including: swing video analysis, Trackman, SAM Puttlab, and more. Includes 7 hours of golf instruction each day, training in every aspect of the game: full swing, short game, putting, course strategy, etc. Includes on-course time, range time, housing, breakfast, lunch, dinner, refreshments, snacks, t-shirt and camp gift. This year, our overnight accommodations will be on the LSU campus in a Residential Life dorm. Commuter rate is available for those not staying overnight. All ability levels from beginning to advanced are accepted and attendees at each session will be grouped according to ability/experience. Camps are open to both boys and girls. All camps are taught by experienced instructors, led by LSU Men’s and Women’s Golf Coaches and University Club Director of Instruction. A low 4:1 student-to-teacher ratio is maintained to provide a safe and quality instructional experience. Camp fee is $1150 for overnight and $900 for commuter.
