BATON ROUGE — The LSU men’s tennis team continues its home stand with a match Thursday against Tulane at 5:30 p.m. CT at the LSU Tennis Complex.

Thoughts from Coach Brown
“Tulane is a very strong team,” head coach Jeff Brown said. “We are looking for a match like this to get things going in the right direction. The men have done a good job of coming together and working hard at practice, and we are looking forward to competing tomorrow.”
The Matchup
LSU currently has a 1-4 record on the season while Tulane has a 6-1 record and are coming off of a 4-2 win against North Florida.
The Tigers have a 30-46-2 overall record against the Green Wave. Last season, LSU fell 4-2 in New Orleans.
Notes on the Tigers
Last week, freshman Agie Moreno notched his first win of the dual season on court six with a 6-2, 6-0 victory on court six.
No. 41 Justin Butsch notched his third-straight win with a 6-1, 2-6, 6-4 victory against No. 61 Jefta Kecic.
Jordan Daigle is currently ranked 94th and has a 2-1 record on court one.
