BATON ROUGE – LSU opens the home portion of its 2016 schedule on Saturday when the 21st-ranked Tigers host Jacksonville State at 6:30 p.m. in Tiger Stadium.
It will be the first-ever meeting between LSU and Jacksonville State. ESPNU will televise the game.
Some of the highlights for the home opener include the Tigers walking down Victory Hill, which will take place at 4:25 on Saturday afternoon, followed by the LSU band at 4:40. The Golden Band from Tigerland pre-game show begins at 6:16 in Tiger Stadium. LSU takes the field following the National Anthem at 6:28.
