CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – LSU women’s golfer Elise Bradley posted a 2-over par 74 on the third round of the Dixie Amateur golf event here Wednesday and will enter Thursday’s final round in second place in the competition.
She will play in the final group of the championship with current leader Nadine Dreher (University of South Carolina), who posted her second straight round in the 60s with a 4-under 68. She has rounds of 73-69-68 and is at 6-under par 210. Bradley, coming off a 67 on Tuesday, is at 4-under 212 with rounds of 71-67-74. Third place belongs to Daniela Darquea who is at 3-under 213 after her own round of 68.
LSU golfer Carly Ray Goldstein made the cut to the top 70 and ties for the final round in a tie for 59th place in the competition with a 79 on Wednesday, standing at 15-over par 231. LSU’s Sydney Cavin did not make the cut for the final round after a 77 left her two shots off the cut number of 17-over par 233.
