BATON ROUGE — Fourth-seeded LSU (57-9) will take on UCLA (44-17) on Sunday at 7 p.m. CT in the opening round of the 2013 College World Series, it was announced late Monday.
The matchup between the Tigers and Bruins will be televised by ESPN2 and online via WatchESPN. The LSU Sports Radio Network broadcast will begin at 6:30 p.m. on network affiliates including Eagle 98.1 in Baton Rouge and free in the Geaux Zone at www.LSUsports.net/live.

Seven of the eight berths into the double-elimination series have been earned, while top-seeded North Carolina and South Carolina hope to finish a weather-plagued series on Tuesday at 11 a.m. CT.
LSU swept both Regional and Super Regional play at Alex Box Stadium to advance to its 16th College World Series.
UCLA swept its Regional in Los Angeles before blanking fifth-seeded Cal State Fullerton on the road in two games.
