BATON ROUGE – LSU is rolling out a text messaging service to assist fans with questions and other issues that may arise during football games in Tiger Stadium.
LSU TEXT is a service provided by the LSU athletic department in an effort to assist fans with issues in the following areas: guest services, security, stadium, facilities within the stadium, and unruly fans.
“We are rolling out this service in an attempt to better meet the needs of our fans through technology that is readily available to just about everyone,” David Taylor, LSU’s director of event management said. “We think this will enhance the game day experience for our fans, while at the same time allowing our game management team a more efficient way to respond to the needs of our fans.”
For those fans wishing to use the LSU TEXT system, simply text “LSU” , your issue and location to 69050. A member of LSU’s game management team will respond to your text. Regular text messaging rates will apply.
