Bid now for a once-in-a-lifetime chance to own a base from opening night in Alex Box Stadium signed by the starting lineup. The national champion LSU Tigers got their memorable season underway on February 20, 2009, against Villanova and you can bid on one of the bases used in that game.
Another base signed by Paul Mainieri has already been auctioned and the third of the three bases used that night will be kept for the LSU Baseball Hall of Fame Room. This is the only base signed by the entire starting lineup that will be available. The base will be personalized to the auction winner.
