ATHENS, Ga. — The No. 20 LSU softball team had its final two games of its weekend series at No. 8 Georgia cancelled due to rain. Stats from Saturday’s suspended game will not count.
The Tigers (15-6, 2-2 SEC) return to action Wednesday against No. 2 Alabama. First pitch of the doubleheader is scheduled for 5 p.m. at the new Tiger Park.
All of the action will be broadcasted live on The X 104.5 and 104.9 with the pregame show starting at 4:45 p.m. CT in the Baton Rouge area. Patrick Wright, the voice of Tiger softball, will call the play-by-play action. LSUSports.net also will provide live video in the Geaux Zone in addition to live stats.
