BATON ROUGE — The latest installment of LSU Sports Journal, a program highlighting various aspects of the LSU Athletic Department, can be seen at 7:30 p.m. Monday and at 8 p.m. Tuesday on Cox Communications Channel 4 in Baton Rouge.
The show begins with an interview with LSU gymnastics coach D-D Breaux, who discusses the Tigers’ drive to the 2008 Super Six and looks ahead to the ’09 season that begins next month.
LSU Sports Journal also features a visit with baseball coach Paul Mainieri, who talks about his team’s 2008 College World Series appearance and the excitement building for the ’09 season as the Tigers open the New Alex Box Stadium in February.
The show concludes with a video tribute to the LSU football senior class, a group of 19 players that have enjoyed unprecedented success on the gridiron.
LSU Sports Journal can be seen on the Cox Communications affiliates in the seven-parish Greater Baton Rouge area.
