BATON ROUGE — The latest installment of LSU Sports Journal, a program highlighting various aspects of the LSU Athletic Department, can be seen at 7:30 p.m. Monday and at 8 p.m. Tuesday on Cox Communications Channel 4 in Baton Rouge.
The show begins with a lively interview with LSU women’s basketball coach Van Chancellor, who shares on his thoughts on a young, but very talented Lady Tiger team that includes seven true freshmen.
LSU Sports Journal also features a visit with swimming and diving coach Adam Schmitt, who talks about his program’s emergence as one of the best in the country, and former LSU Golden Girl Amanda Joseph drops by the studio to discuss her work as a correspondent for LSUsports.net, the official web site of LSU Athletics.
LSU Sports Journal can be seen on the Cox Communications affiliates in the seven-parish Greater Baton Rouge area.
The show, hosted by Jordy Hultberg and Bill Franques, is a monthly, one-hour production featuring interviews with LSU coaches, athletes and administrators.
