BATON ROUGE — LSU’s nationally-known basketball dance team, The Tiger Girls, will host a dance clinic Saturday afternoon in the auxiliary gymnasium of the Maravich Center prior to the LSU-Northwestern State men’s basketball game that same night at 7 p.m.
The clinic, from 2-5:30 p.m., is open to all girls, ages 5 and up and will help to improve dance techniques and learn new routines. One of those routines will be performed that night at halftime of the basketball game as The Tiger Girls and all those participating in the clinic will be on the floor to entertain the crowd.
The registration fee for the clinic is $40 in advance, $45 if you register on Saturday at the auxiliary gym. The registration fee includes a game ticket to that evening’s game and a t-shirt. Advance registration must be completed by Wednesday.
