BATON ROUGE — Dave Price, CBS “The Early Show” weather anchor and feature reporter, will be filming live on LSU’s campus on Friday, Oct. 5, to showcase LSU tailgating traditions. The show airs from 6?8 a.m.
LSU students and fans are encouraged to attend wearing their best purple and gold gear in order to give the nation a taste of the full LSU tailgating experience. Those attending will have the chance to take part in each nationally broadcast weather spot. Participants are asked to report to the west stadium parking lot near the plaza and the bronze statue of Mike the Tiger at 5:30 a.m. Parking is available at the South Alex Box Stadium lot.
Also featured will be one of the quintessential LSU tailgating crews, the LSU cheerleaders and the LSU Tiger Marching Band.
