BATON ROUGE — LSU’s annual football fan day is set for Sunday, Aug. 13, in Tiger Stadium. Festivities will begin at 1:30 p.m. on the South Lawn outside of Tiger Stadium by the airplane memorial.
Fans will be able to enjoy interactive games and have the opportunity to meet the LSU soccer and volleyball teams as well as the LSU cheerleaders and Mike the Tiger.
The first 3,500 fans to come by the giveaway tent on the South Lawn will also be able to pick up team posters, score placards and schedule magnets.
At 2:30 p.m., head coach Les Miles and the LSU football team will be available to sign autographs on the Tiger Stadium field. Fans can enter the stadium through gates 10 and 11. Handicapped fans are asked to utilize gate 10. Please keep in mind that chairs will NOT be permitted in Tiger Stadium.
The on-field setup will have the offense on the west side line, the defense on the east side line and the special teams players in the south end zone, with the coaching staff in the north end zone.
Concession stands and restrooms in Tiger Stadium will also be available for fan use.
Please keep in mind it will be hot and fans are encouraged to drink plenty of water.
Fan day activities will conclude at 3:30 p.m.
