COLLEGE STATION, Texas — The LSU men’s tennis team ended its final tournament of the fall season Sunday with four out of six singles wins over Arizona in the Texas A&M Fall Tennis Invitational.
The Tigers did not get to extend the 6-0 doubles streak they accumulated in the first two days of the tournament because Sunday morning’s doubles matches were cancelled due to rain.
LSU’s Ken Skupski, Bryan Fisher, Danny Bryan and Colt Gaston won their singles matches.
“This tournament has given us very valuable experience in a dual-style match,” LSU head coach Jeff Brown said.
“We have had a lot of good results this fall, but I think the team really came together this weekend.”
The Tigers will begin their spring season in January.
