BATON ROUGE — Four LSU women’s golfers were part of a group of 51 student-athletes named to the 2003 SEC Women’s Golf Academic Honor Roll announced by the conference office.
The 2003 Academic Honor Roll is based on grades from the 2001-02 academic calendar.
On the list from LSU were former All-American golfer Meredith Duncan, who completed her eligibility last year while majoring in Biology; senior Erin Sarver, majoring in Kinesiology; junior Isabel Dornellas, majoring in Industrial Engineering; and, junior Devon Day, majoring in Mass Communications.
Vanderbilt topped the list with nine student-athletes on the acdemic roster. Alabama was next with eight honorees, while South Carolina had six student-athletes honored.
