BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — College Sports Southeast announced today it has reached an agreement with LSU to produce and distribute live and replay broadcasts of various athletic events.
College Sports Southeast will air a minimum of 15 home live and replay LSU athletic events each year for a period of three years to include: soccer matches, volleyball matches, men’s and women’s basketball games, baseball, softball, gymnastics meets and the LSU spring football game.
“We are excited to have reached an agreement that we feel will benefit both LSU and College Sports Southeast,” said Ben May, executive vice-president of the Birmingham-based network. “We are looking forward to bringing the LSU fans the most in-depth Tiger sports information anywhere.”
College Sports Southeast has further agreed to produce and air original shows pertaining to the sports of football, men’s and women’s basketball and baseball. The network will carry all coaches’ shows and special replay shows as well.
College Sports Southeast is a cable television and interactive web network totally dedicated to college sports in the Southeast. The network is to be your source for college sports concerning college athletics in a nine state area to include: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina and Tennessee. College Sports Southeast provides live and replay telecasts of new and traditional rivalries as well as championships and original programming.
