Tiger Stadium is a cashless venue. Concessions, merchandise locations, parking operations, and other points of sale accept major credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payment options.

For fans who arrive with cash, cash-to-card conversion machines are conveniently located throughout Tiger Stadium. These machines allow guests to convert cash into a prepaid card that can be used throughout the stadium.

Live bands will perform before each game in the Bud Light Fan Zone in front of the Pete Maravich Assembly Center and across the street from Tiger Stadium. Performance times will vary for each gameday depending on announced kickoff times. Visit LSUsports.net/fanzone for more information and band performance lineups.

Guests who do not bring bags to the stadium will be able to utilize “Express Lanes” which allow for quicker access through the ticket entry process. Express lanes are located at various entrances around the stadium, including Gates 3, 4, 8, 11/12, 23 and 26.

LSU is committed to providing a comfortable and family-friendly gameday experience for all guests attending events at Tiger Stadium.

Baby Changing Stations
Most restrooms throughout Tiger Stadium are equipped with baby changing stations. Guests may also utilize first aid stations, which provide air-conditioned facilities and private restrooms. Fans bringing diaper bags should review the LSU Clear Bag Policy prior to arrival.

Weapons are not permitted in the arena/stadium. Possession of a firearm or weapon is strictly forbidden. Possession of a weapon will result in immediate confiscation, ejection and/or possible arrest.

Law Enforcement officers who do not have jurisdiction in East Baton Rouge Parish will not be permitted to carry weapons inside the facility. LSUPD can assist in securing weapons at the public safety building.

Official LSU Football game programs are available free of charge outside Tiger Stadium beginning three hours prior to kickoff and throughout the stadium at Guest Services kiosks while supplies last.

Digital gameday information, including rosters, schedules, statistics, and game notes, is also available through the LSU Sports Mobile App and at LSUsports.net.

Early season games in Tiger Stadium can involve extreme heat and humidity. LSU encourages fans to stay hydrated, wear appropriate clothing, and take breaks as needed throughout gameday.

To help support a safe and enjoyable experience, LSU provides:
• Free water bottle filling stations located throughout Tiger Stadium
• Complimentary ice packs and hand fans at Guest Services kiosks
• Air-Conditioned first aid stations staffed with trained medical personnel
• Cooling areas and fans located on the interior and exterior of the stadium
• The ability for fans to bring one factory-sealed water bottle up to 32 ounces and one empty drink container into the stadium

Fans experiencing signs of heat illness or needing medical assistance should notify the nearest Event Staff team member, law enforcement officer, or visit the nearest first aid station immediately.

Items found during the game and during Sunday clean-up will be turned over to LSU Police on Monday morning following games, located in the Public Safety Building on South Stadium Drive. Call (225) 578-3231 to ask if your item has been turned in.

If you become separated from a child, family member, or member of your group, immediately notify the nearest Event Staff team member, Guest Services representative, first aid station, or law enforcement officer. LSU personnel will assist in locating and reuniting your party as quickly as possible.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to stop by a Guest Services kiosk upon arrival to obtain a complimentary Mike's Tiger Tag wristband for children or individuals with special needs.

If you find a lost child or individual needing assistance, remain with them and notify the nearest Event Staff team member, first aid station, Guest Services kiosk, or law enforcement officer immediately.

First-aid stations are located throughout the stadium with trained first responders. If you need assistance, contact the nearest first aid station, law enforcement officer or event staff team member. Advanced emergency medical support will also be available throughout the game in the stadium trauma center. If necessary, fans should call 911 for any emergencies requiring medical assistance.

LSU recognizes that some fans may have a need to bring special items with them so they may enjoy the game. Necessary medical items will be allowed following proper inspection by entering through Gate 10 or the medical bag check gate located at the southwest corner of the stadium.

LSU Athletics utilizes mobile ticketing and mobile parking passes for all football games to provide a safer, faster, and more convenient entry experience for fans.
Fans are encouraged to download and save tickets and parking passes to their Apple Wallet or Google Wallet prior to arriving on campus to help reduce entry delays and cellular connectivity issues near Tiger Stadium.

For the safety and security of all guests, Tiger Stadium and surrounding areas are monitored by a comprehensive camera system. Video may be used to assist with public safety, incident response, and enforcement of stadium policies.

Sensory bags are available for fans of all ages at Guest Services kiosks provided by OLOL. Fans trade a form of ID for the sensory bag and are expected to return it at the end of the game.

Strollers are permitted but discouraged and will be subject to screening and abide by all stadium policies. There are no storage areas, and they are not allowed to be an obstruction of any sort. LSU is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Go behind the scenes at Tiger Stadium on a private, guided tour that takes you inside the storied history of LSU Football. Tours are not available on gamedays or Thursday and Friday prior to a home gameday.

Tours can be scheduled year-round by appointment only by visiting LSUsports.net/tours. Public tours are capped at 25 people; typical tour lasts 45 minutes. Tours are not available on university holidays. There are no add-ons to another group’s tour.

The LSU Athletic Ticket Office is located on the first floor of the Athletic Administration Building on the corner of Nicholson Drive and North Stadium Drive, in the west parking lot (Lot 101) of Tiger Stadium.

The LSU Athletic Ticket Office is open from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. CT, Monday-Friday, except on University-observed holidays.

The Ticket Office is open on football game days beginning at 8 a.m. for games that kickoff at 2:30 p.m. or earlier, and six (6) hours prior to kickoff for games that kickoff after 2:30 p.m. and closes at halftime.

Tiger Stadium offers complimentary wheelchair service within the venue. Once you enter your gate, locate a nearby Event Staff Team Member to request this service.

A staff member will escort you from the gate to your seat. You will be given a card with the Guest Services Hotline (225) 578-4085 once dropped off. When you wish to leave, call the Guest Service Hotline to give your seat location and the gate you wish to be brought to.

Our wheelchair staff are unable to go outside Tiger Stadium to pick up or drop off guests.
