Flau’jae Johnson, a native of Savannah, Ga., is averaging 13.8 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 2.7 assists per game. She has been one of the vocal leaders for the sixth-ranked Tiger squad, helping LSU to 22 overall wins so far, including a stretch of seven straight SEC victories that featured a 70-65 win over No. 2 Texas at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center on January 11. Johnson has scored in double figures for 19 contests out of 25 games played.

Mikaylah Williams, a product of Bossier City, La., has averaged 13.2 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 3.8 assists through 25 games. Williams is no stranger to clutch shots in her college career, and her impact on this year’s LSU team has been no different. Most notably, Williams drained a clutch three-pointer with one second on the shot clock and 1:20 left on the game clock against No. 2 Texas to ice the victory away for LSU. Williams has scored in double figures over the last five games since the Florida matchup. She has done so in 19 of 25 games played.

Jada Richard

Stats: 9.0 ppg, 2.7 rpg, 3.3 apg, 1.4 spg

Jada Richard, a product of Opelousas, La., who has started in 24 of 25 games played has displayed her growth from Year One to Year Two under head coach Kim Mulkey. After averaging six minutes a year ago, Richard went to work in the offseason and developed into LSU’s every day point guard averaging 24.3 minutes per contest. Richard is averaging 9.0 points, 2.7 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.4 steals per game, but has performed better in the nation’s toughest conference by increasing her averages across the board. Richard has scored in double figures in eight of 11 SEC games with her top scoring performance coming at Oklahoma (21).

Amiya Joyner

Stats: 9.9 ppg, 7.1 rpg, 1.4 apg, 0.7 spg

Amiya Joyner, a native of Farmville, N.C., has been a welcomed addition to the Tigers’ squad from East Carolina. Joyner displays an ability to stretch defenses playing with her back to the basket as well as facing up. Her knack for rebounding has undoubtably been a key contribution to the LSU frontcourt. Joyner currently ranks fourth among active Division I players with 49 double-doubles with eight of them coming during her stint in Baton Rouge.

Grace Knox

Grace Knox, a native of Las Vegas, Nev., came to LSU as a highly-touted freshman in the nation’s top-ranked class. Joining Coach Kim Mulkey’s plethora of elite post players. Knox has averaged 9.6 points and 4.8 rebounds per game in her opening season at LSU. Late in non-conference play, Knox earned SEC Freshman of the Week, the first conference honor for a freshman since Mikaylah Williams in the 2023-24 season. Her tenacity and relentlessness on the floor and on the glass has been crucial to the Tigers’ effectiveness.

ZaKiyah Johnson

ZaKiyah Johnson, a native of Shelbyville, Ky., is one of the most decorated athletes in the history of Kentucky high school sports. At LSU, Johnson has been one of the most versatile pieces in Coach Kim Mulkey’s arsenal. While being recruiting as a perimeter player, Mulkey has used Johnson on the inside the get her on the floor. She has averaged 10.5 points and 5.8 rebounds per game and has started for the Tigers 13 times. Johnson has scored in double figures in 15 outings with 24 games played.
