SOPHOMORE SEASON (2005-06)
One of LSU’s top freestyle swimmers … Participated in 10 meets on the year, including the SEC Championships for the second consecutive season … Owned the second-best time of the season in the 500 free (5:04.19) at SECs … That time was a career high … Also swam a time of 1:55.89 in the 200 free at SECs … Captured the 500 free versus Tulane on Feb. 3 (5:08.54) and against UNO on Jan. 20 (5:14.17) … Placed 23rd in the 500 free at the Texas A&M Invitational on Nov. 18 … Earned her second varsity letter.
FRESHMAN SEASON (2004-05)
Solid all-around swimmer who competed in several freestyle, backstroke and individual medley events … Was the second-fastest Lady Tiger in the 200 IM at the SEC Championships, touching the wall at 2:11.13 … Also competed in the 200 back and 200 free at SECs … Swam season-best times in both events … Earned her first varsity letter.
PRIOR TO LSU
Four-year letterwinner and team captain at Mandeville High … Named all-metro and all-district all four years of high school … Member of Louisiana zone team … Awarded team MVP sophomore through senior years … Served on class senate for four years and also was a member of the honor roll every year.
