BATON ROUGE ? The LSU softball team finished with a No. 19 national ranking Tuesday in both the USA Today/NFCA and ESPN.com/USA Softball Top 25 polls.
The Tigers have now spent 63 consecutive weeks ranked in both polls dating back to the 2006 season, including 23 weeks inside the Top 10. Florida (No. 2), Alabama (No. 3), Georgia (No. 4) and Tennessee (No. 20/16) joined LSU from the SEC in the final rankings.
