BATON ROUGE — James Cluskey, Neal Skupski and LSU men’s tennis team manager Stevie Bacala took time on Monday to give children an interactive journey through Louisiana agriculture as part of the LSU AgCenter and 4H’s Ag Magic event at Parker Coliseum.
The trio took children from kindergarten through third grade through a maze that included sections such as ATV Safety, the World of Wonder on Forestry and Wildlife, Farming the Waters, which included farming for crawfish, oysters, alligators and more, Plant Products, Bugs Rule and Barn Animals.
“I thoroughly enjoyed helping at Ag Magic,” LSU senior tennis player James Cluskey said. “It was a fun and educational experience for me as well.”
Over the course of the week, Parker Coliseum expects to see at least 6,400 students attending Ag Magic. Student-athletes from both LSU’s soccer and track teams are expected to volunteer at the event later this week.
