BATON ROUGE, La. – LSU Tiger Tracks, a program highlighting various aspects of the university and its athletic department, can be seen at 7:30 p.m. CT Wednesday on Cox Sports Television. A replay of the show will air at 4 p.m. CT on Friday.
The show, hosted by Jordy Hultberg and Bill Franques, is a weekly 30-minute production featuring interviews with LSU administrators, coaches and student-athletes, along with a look at some of the events and scholarly activity on campus.
The show begins with a visit to the studio from beach volleyball coach Russell Brock, whose seventh-ranked team has won 16 consecutive matches. The Tigers will play host to the Battle on the Bayou Friday and Saturday at Mango’s Beach Volleyball Club in Baton Rouge.
LSU Tiger Tracks continues with a feature by correspondent Garrett Walvoord on LSU Football Pro Day, in which the Tigers who are draft-eligible participated in strength, speed and conditioning tests for NFL coaches, general managers and scouts.
The show also includes a report on the LSU women’s tennis team, which is ranked No. 19 in the country after last week’s win over No. 11 Kentucky.
