BATON ROUGE, La. – The No. 48 Tigers of LSU (9-8, 2-5 SEC) look to complete a final stretch of home matches for the 2016 season, kicking off with Brown (7-10) Tuesday at 3 p.m.

“We are really looking to follow through from our last match, against Vanderbilt, and ride into the Brown match with confidence and leave it the same way,” Head Coach Jeff Brown said.

The Tigers snapped their four match losing streak Sunday with a 5-2 victory over conference foe Vanderbilt in Nashville.  The Tigers saw third set comebacks on three courts, which helped carry them to a win after already taking the doubles point with victories on courts two and three.

LSU’s Jordan Daigle is ranked No. 69 according to the Oracle/ITA polls, along with making up the No. 10 duo with partner Boris Arias. On court one, Arias and Daigle are 10-4 for the year.

Brown will be traveling to Baton Rouge after facing another Louisiana team, UL-Lafayette in a Monday afternoon matchup. The Bears have suffered losses against six of their last seven opponents they’ve faced heading into their match against the Ragin’ Cajuns.

Fans attending Tuesday’s competition will be eligible to receive a $4 ticket voucher for the LSU Baseball game against Tulane at 6:30 p.m. CT. There will also be free LSU tennis koozies.
