BATON ROUGE, La. – LSU Tiger Tracks, a program highlighting various aspects of the university and its athletic department, can be seen at 6 p.m. CT Wednesday, 6 p.m. CT Thursday and 4 p.m. CT Friday on Cox Sports Television.
The show, hosted by Jordy Hultberg and Bill Franques, is a weekly 30-minute production featuring interviews with LSU administrators, coaches and student-athletes, along with a look at some of the events and scholarly activity on campus.
LSU Tiger Tracks begins with a tribute to the Fighting Tiger senior football players, who completed their outstanding collegiate careers last month.
The show continues with a feature on former men’s basketball player Ronald Dupree, now serving as a student assistant coach for the Tigers while pursuing an electrical engineering degree.
LSU Tiger Tracks correspondent Garrett Walvoord previews the gymnastics team’s 2015 season opener, as the Tigers take on Iowa at 7:30 p.m. Friday in the Maravich Center.
LSU Tiger Tracks concludes with a look at the research of LSU ornithologists who recently returned from Peru, where they set a new world record by identifying 354 bird species types.
