LSU women’s basketball head coach Nikki Caldwell sat down with LSU’s Garrett Walvoord for an exclusive interview earlier this week to discuss taking over the tradition-rich Lady Tigers program.

Caldwell urged fans to come out to the Maravich Center next season, which gets underway in November.
“Come out and support women’s basketball at LSU,” said Caldwell. “We are going to put a great product out on the floor. We are going to be exciting to watch. These student-athletes are going to be more than just basketball players. They are going to be ambassadors for this institution and ambassadors for the state of Louisiana.”
