BATON ROUGE — After three days of clinics and tryouts over the weekend, the 2003-04 LSU Cheerleading squad has been selected, LSU Spirit Coordinator Pauline Zernott announced on Monday.
The 32-member cheerleading squad for the 2003-04 season includes 22 returnees from the 2002-03 squad which finished in ninth place at the the National Championships.
The following women and men make up the 32-member team, along with three alternates: Brittany Arbour, Jennifer Arton, Amanda Brown, Kalie Cain, Kerri Chatelain, Amy DuBois, Erin Hains, Lauren Keller, Brooke Ladner, Amanda Newport, Megan Prescott, Brittany Robb, D’Shay Roberts, Michelle Soileau, Melanie Stephens, Kelley Walker, Katie Prechter (alternate), Jason Amadeo, Jonathan Bailey, Chris Baker, Nathan Boudreaux, Justin Brice, Scotty Brown, Brandon Dunigan, Chico Garcia, Toby Garcia, Jimmy Gravois, Jeffrey McDonald, Josh Ott, Jaime Pylant, Mo Salinas, Aaron Schneck, Rusty Serrost, Ernie Stokes and Derrick Townsend. The men’s alternates will be determined later in the season.
