BATON ROUGE — LSU seniors Ke-Ke Tardy and Kisha James were both named to the 2002-03 Women Basketball Southeastern Conference Academic Honor Roll, it was announced by the conference office on Wednesday.
Tardy, a center from Jackson, Miss., has a 3.57 grade point average in sociology, while James, a guard from Pineville, La., has a 3.41 GPA in kinesiology.
The Academic Honor Roll is based on grades from the 2001-02 academic calendar year. A total of 44 student-athletes from the 12 SEC schools made up the 2002-03 list.
Tardy and James each completed their eligibility on the court this past season. Tardy is expected to graduate in May and has been accepted into the LSU Law School. James graduated last May with her degree in kinesiology.
