BATON ROUGE — The LSU Athletic Department announced Wednesday that CBS Sports will move the football game between the University of Arkansas and LSU to what is now becoming a traditional day, the Friday (Nov. 29) following Thanksgiving.
The “Battle of the Boot” will take place on that day at 1:30 p.m. at War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock, Ark.
This marks the seventh straight year that CBS has moved the game from Saturday to Friday for television purposes. No further television arrangements, other than the season opener at Virginia Tech on ABC Sept. 1, have been announced at this time.
