De Antonio Finishes LSU Career At Tallahassee Regional

BATON ROUGE, La. – LSU women’s golfer Claudia De Antonio wrapped up her LSU career today at the 2018 NCAA Tallahassee Regional. The senior from Caracas, Venezuela, shot 4-over 76 in the final round at the Don Veller Seminole Golf Course.

Overall, De Antonio finished the tournament at 5-over and tied for 46th. She was one of six individuals selected to compete at the regional tournament in Tallahassee, Florida. After being up 3-over thru the first 12 holes, De Antonio dropped to 1-over with back-to-back birdies on the par-3 13th hole and par-4 14th hole.

No. 2 Alabama won the Tallahassee Regional at 33-under to advance to the NCAA Championships in Stillwater, Oklahoma on May 18-23.
