BATON ROUGE – LSU women’s golf coach Karen Bahnsen has announced that Page Morehead will attend LSU this fall and will be part of the LSU women’s golf program.
Morehead played the 2015-16 and 2016-17 seasons at Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina. She will have two years of eligibility remaining beginning with the 2017-18 season.
Morehead’s best season at Wofford was the 2015-16 season in which she had a low round of 74 with one top 10 and three top 20 finishes, including a seventh place finish at the GSU/WCU Tri-Match.
Morehead was a six-year letterwinner at Spartanburg High School and won the 2015 Spartanburg County Women’s Amateur. She was runner-up at the AJGA Preseason held at the Foundry Golf Club in Virginia in April of 2014.
