BATON ROUGE — Join Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Hospital and LSU Athletics on Jan. 30 from 1-3 p.m. CT at LSU’s Carl Maddox Field House prior to the LSU Men’s Basketball versus Oklahoma game for a fun-filled fitness day with games, giveaways and important health information.
“Geaux Fit Be Amazing Day” is a free event for families. Parents and children up to age 12 are invited. Participants can enjoy a cooking demonstration, kid-friendly exercise demonstrations, a healthy snack mix demonstration, and much more.
LSU Athletics is offering guests an opportunity to visit with representatives from LSU Soccer, LSU Softball, Volleyball and Beach Volleyball, Women’s Basketball, Sports Nutrition, LSU Athletic Trainers and more.
Entrance to the event will be at the southwest corner of Field House (near the field house ticket office). Look for the large banner that says “Welcome!”
