ATHENS, Ga – The LSU diving team returns to competition with the Georgia Diving Invitational Jan. 3-5 at Gabrielsen Natatorium.
Competition begins Sunday at 10:30 a.m. CT with prelims of the men’s three-meter and women’s one-meter. Joining the Tigers and Bulldogs are divers from Alabama, Auburn, Tennessee, Missouri, SMU, Minnesota, Drexel, Iowa State, Clemson and North Carolina State.
Prior to the winter break, the LSU squad competed at the Auburn Diving Invitational. In Auburn, senior Cassie Weil finished first on three-meter on platform. For the men, junior Andrew Suchla finished second on three-meter.
At Canadian Winter Senior Nationals, sophomore Madison Sthamann finished fourth on platform.
